Eat this and feel better
TRY THESE AND FEEL BETTER
I dare you to try eating any of these meals and not feel better. I also dare you to try them and tell me they are completely horrid and inedible.
These are pretty healthy meals and they are easy to make. They are simple, which your body loves, and they are tasty enough for you to enjoy them. If you are looking to eat something that will leave you full, energized, fueled and feeling light, then these meals are for you. They are easy to digest because they have high contents of enzymes (digestive aids naturally found in plants) and because unlike animal proteins, it doesn't sit in our stomach for hours before being broken down.
They have plenty of nutrients which fuel your body without the extra calories and high sugars or fats in other foods. Getting good fuel in our system allows us to function better, clearer and avoid feeling tired or druggy (which I actually like to call it draggy). We don't have to give up taste, we just have to retrain our taste buds; control them instead of letting them control us and making it ok for us to do something different sometime. This isn't like eating lettuce and green peppers. It's not vegan, but it is tasty, and much, much better than the Standard American Diet of diabetes in a bun, or heart disease on a pie crust or big mac-high-blood-pressure.
I apologize in advance if the site of half eaten food grosses you out. I hope it doesn't. I shows off the food better.

Spinach Turkey or Vegetarian Sandwich (one of my favorites)
Non-Vegetarian Version Vegetarian Version
2 slices of good quality whole grain bread 2 slices of good quality whole grain bread
2 slices of deli turkey Sliced tomato (2-4 slices but it's up to you)
Plenty of spinach Plenty of spinach
1 wedge of Laughing Cow (choose your flavor) 1/2 an avocado, sliced
1 slice of Pepperjack Cheese
Feel free to let me know what you think or if you have a way to improve or mix up the recipe. I'll be doing a few more good tasting meals for the next little bit. I've always been a fan of lots of flavor so if it's going to be healthy it better packs some level of tastiness.
